Chiropractor and Director
GCC UK Registered: 03451

Dan qualified from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic in 2010 following a five year degree programme. He previously qualified from the University of Sheffield with a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science and Neuroscience. Before training as a Chiropractor Dan worked as a Senior Forensic Scientist for 8 years and continues to maintain his interest in this field. Dan also works as a clinical supervisor at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic and lecturer of Neuroscience in Oxford and Manchester, teaching MSc students during their training. Further to this Dan sits on the Investigating Committee for the General Chiropractic Council in London. Dan is a member and clinical mentor for the Royal College of Chiropractors. His particular interest in Sports Chiropractic and rehabilitation has seen him treat a variety of top level professional athletes, based on a wealth of knowledge and experience. He also has an interest in degenerative disorders. In addition to Chiropractic Dan is trained in medical acupuncture (dry needling), soft tissue release techniques, ultrasound therapy, taping and the prescription of medical orthotics.

I know, as an avid sports person, that I have subjected my body to stresses, strains & injuries that, had I not found such a great practitioner in Dan I would not now be playing my twice weekly 18 holes of golf (my relatively new sporting passion) and still be enjoying snow and waterskiing.

I had a car accident which led to me suffering from very bad back pain. I had tried physio before and was sceptical about seeing a Chiropractor because I didn’t think anything could help ease the pain. The service I received was excellent. I got some great advice about how to improve my posture to ease the pain. The treatment was the most helpful that I’d had since my accident and to this day, I haven’t had the recurring aches and pains I used to get. I would definitely recommend Dan to anyone who is serious about their health.

Tamsyn Lay MSc (Hons) Chiro MMCA

GCC UK Registered: 04109

Tamsyn graduated from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic with an honours degree, having also completed Holistic Massage and Soft Tissue Release Techniques from the London School of Sports Massage. It was a horse related injury that first made her seek McTimoney Chiropractic care, and after experiencing the benefits, knew where her future career lay. Fulfilling that passion as a Chiropractor, Tamsyn loves to treat a diverse range of people from all walks of life, tailoring her care to best suit each individual and achieve optimal results. When not at work, Tamsyn enjoys spending time with her family and training her young horse.

After a lifting accident at work, I was in a great deal of pain and visited Tamsyn. After the third visit my pain had virtually disappeared and now I make sure I have regular 3 month check-ups to help keep me pain free. I am self employed and it’s extremely important I remain fit and well, which I believe visiting Tamsyn does for my musculoskeletal system.

I went for my first run today since you slapped me into sync.  I must say my new pelvis performed beautifully! No hip or knee aches, just a spring in my step!! I can’t thank you enough!

I have Scoliosis of the lumbar spine which has been corrected with rods and an additional curve in the thoracic spine. I have had many different treatments over the years to help with the pain of living with this condition. I was referred to Tamsyn by my personal trainer as she recommended her techniques to correct the imbalance in my pelvis. Tamsyn not only addressed the problem with my pelvis and was able to correct it but she also looked at my entire body and was able to help to correct the curve in my upper spine. The knock on effect of the corrected spine and pelvis has been immeasurable in helping to control my pain. I wish I had known about Tamsyn and her fantastic techniques years ago! I am now able to keep fit and heathy and manage the pain efficiently, not to mention that aesthetically my spine is dramatically improved! I cannot recommend her services highly enough!
